A court in Bangladesh has sentenced seven members of an armed group to death for their role in a 2016 attack on a cafe in the capital Dhaka which left 22 people dead.
The siege on the Holey Artisan cafe in Dhaka killed mostly foreigners.
The men say they will appeal the charges – which include training the attackers and supplying arms, explosives and funds – at the High Court.
Al Jazeera’s Tanvir Chowdhury reports from Dhaka.
