A couple comes for a lunch buffet at the hotel they were staying in. They serve themselves and have lunch with everyone around them. Suddenly the wife chokes on something and dies on the spot. The husband panics and calls CID. The initial assumption seems to be poisoning but a closer look reveals something else.
