In this episode we have covered important current affairs topics like, Habeas Corpus and National Security Act, Bar council finally allows entry of foreign lawyers, Right to Health Bill etc.

Recently, once again National Security Act came in the news. This time it is in news because of a case in the Punjab and Haryana High Court. A petition was filed in the High Court regarding Habeas Corpus. ‘Bar Council of India’ has allowed foreign law firms and lawyers to practice in India. In this regard, BCI has also set some qualifications and rules. The BCI has given this permission under the ‘Registration and Regulation of Foreign Lawyers and Foreign Law Firms Rules, 2022’.
In other section Recently BARC has done a study regarding background radiation or natural radiation. It has been found that in some parts of Kerala, the background radiation is about three times more than the estimate. International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant against Vladimir Putin. According to the ICC, Putin is responsible for war crimes. He is also responsible for the kidnapping of Ukrainian children.
