DHAKA TO BARISAL, BANGLADESH: Taking an overnight launch down the river to Barisal!

Taking an overnight boat launch from Dhaka to Barisal may not sound like a bucket-list item for everyone… But for us it’s been something we’ve been looking forward to for a long time!

In this episode we join the rush and chaos that is Sadar Ghat at the ferry terminal in Old Dhaka and find the launch we are going to take for the night. Old Dhaka is definitely an adventure… and travelling by boat even more so.
