সাম্প্রতিক সময়ে আবারো আলোচনায় এসেছে চীনের ঋণ প্রসঙ্গ। কেউ কেউ বলছেন, চীনের ঋণ নিয়ে দেউলিয়া হচ্ছে কোনো কোনো দেশ। বিশেষ করে শ্রীলঙ্কার মতো একটি সমৃদ্ধ দেশের কঠিন অর্থনৈতিক বিপর্যয়ের পর চীনের ঋণ বিষয়টিকে নতুন কোরে আলোচনায় এনেছে। বাংলাদেশেরও অন্যতম উন্নয়ন সহযোগী দেশ চীন। বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন প্রকল্পে চীনের ঋণের পরিমান কত, কোন কোন প্রকল্প সেই ঋণে বাস্তবায়ন হচ্ছে এবং বাংলাদেশের ঋণ পরিশোধের সক্ষমতা কত, বাংলাদেশ চীন থেকে ঋণ নিয়ে ফাঁদে পড়ছে, ভারতীয় গণমাধ্যমগুলোর এমন খবর কতটা সত্য, নাকি প্রপাগান্ডা-সেসবই তুলে ধরবো এবারের প্রতিবেদনে।
