Two youngsters are killed after they stumble upon a mysterious shortwave radio station. The murder investigation leads CID sleuths into the shadowy world of Numbers Station. Numbers Station is an antiquated method that was used during the World War era by military forces to transmit coded orders. CID Officers must now figure out which gang is using Numbers Station to transmit orders and apprehend them.
