Rachna Bashin handovers her will of Rs. 100 crores to Munshi Shyamchand Srivastav who is the most senior employee in her father’s firm. Shyam Chand gets arrested for a crime he hasn’t committed. K.D. Pathak goes to meet him in the jail and finds out that Shyam is innocent. Later, Varun hands over the letter to K.D. Pathak which was found at the crime scene.
