The American Bar Association Human Rights Center today held a panel discussion on the Bangladesh International Crimes Tribunal. The panel was chaired by Michael S. Greco, former President of the ABA and current chair of the ABA International Criminal Court Project. The panel was shared by Ambassador Stephen J. Rapp and Toby Cadman
The ABA HRC hosted the event following a request by the Government of Bangladesh. Considering this event was called for by the Government it was therefore intriguing that they withdrew their representation 2 weeks ago.
