Distance between Kolkata and Khulna is 172 km, 13129 Bandhan Express runs only on Sunday and Thursday.
Bandhan Express leaves Kolkata at 7:10 am and reaches Khulna Station at 12:20 pm. Starts from Khulna at 1:30 pm for Kolkata.
Security, Immigration and customs for Indian side are done at Kolkata Station, for Bangladesh side these are done at Benapole. Travellers will have to disembark the train with entire luggage at Benapole for customs, security and immigration.

Documents required to book tickets: Passport and Visa
Counters:
1. Eastern Railway International counter at Fairlie Place
2. Kolkata station
Reach counter within 9:30 am and get the application forms.
Bangladesh train Tickets are issued only by producing original Passport and Visa.
However, a representative carrying the passport can purchase the tickets on behalf of the traveller.
