When one of the most brutal crimes in recent memory took place on a moving bus, the public soon became outraged and demanded changes to what had become a problem that was spiraling out of control. The crime came to shock multiple nations awake with it’s sheer horror and brutality. In what became one of the biggest crime cases of the 2010s, the world soon put pressure on a government to finally change their ways, but the problem ran much deeper than merely a legal one.
