BANGLADESH GENOCIDE: The Forgotten Tragedy of Operation Searchlight

It’s been 52 years since that tragic period, and 75 years since the UN Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide came into force. Yet, the term “genocide” is still not officially associated with this historical atrocity.
