The police in Bengaluru arrested five people, including a woman, for allegedly raping and filming a woman. The case had been registered in Ramamurthy police station. In a statement, the Bengaluru Police said the victim was sexually abused and tortured, and the accused also filmed the act. Preliminary investigation in the case has revealed that the victim and the five accused are all Bangladeshi nationals. Police say the victim was brought to India via human trafficking. Police said that victim was brutally tortured and gang raped for not returning five lakh rupees, which she took in advance. Police also told that the accused are involved in Human Trafficking. They traffic girls from Bangladesh, who in turn are made to become prostitute in various parts of India. These victims have been lured for jobs.
