Dhaka is the Capital of Bangladesh, It’s a city with plenty of Industries some of whom have foreign owners. Dhaka is also famously known for it’s Muslin trade from the 1700s.
Dhaka has people from all around Bangladesh working and studying there, majority of the population of Dhaka come from other cities and towns to work and study, when it is public holiday Dhaka City is mostly empty and looks deserted. In February 2011 Dhaka, Bangladesh hosted the Cricket World Cup.
