Kagoz | Official Trailer | Bangladeshi Classic Bengali Film

Romantic-thriller based movie titled ‘Kagoj, The Paper’, starring Dhallywood’s popular actors Mamnun Hasan Emon and Airin Sultana is now all set to release. Ali Zulfikar Zahedi’s directorial debut feature movie ‘Kagoj’ has finally received an uncut censor certificate from the Bangladesh Film Censor Board, said a press release. Makers are now planning to release the movie by this December. In this movie, Emon will be seen playing the role of a writer while Airin will be playing the role of Renu, daughter of an aristocratic family.
Written and directed by Zulfikar Zahedi, the movie is about the philosophical journey of a writer. While talking about story of the movie, director said that the plot revolves around Emon, who has paper business but secretly wants to become a famous writer. As the film progresses, faced with writer’s block, the writer stumbles on an old book in which he finds a comment that reads, “if you’re struggling to put your thoughts down on paper, go back to where you started.”
Decided on following that advice, Emon returns to his village after 16 years and meets the person who had inspired his love of writing he was young. The writer later falls in love with Renu (played by Airin) before the movie takes an unexpected turn.
The movie also stars Shahiduzzaman Selim, Shashi Afroza, Moon, Ashraf Kabir, Farhan Khan Rio, Yuvraj, Maimuna Momo and Elena Shammi in various roles.
