After arriving in Bangladesh and spending the last few days in the busy and hectic streets of Dhaka, we decided that we must visit one of Bangladesh’s traditional villages and experience the beautiful rural Bangladesh.
Ekduaria is a small village located around 2 hours away from Dhaka where we had the pleasure of staying with a beautiful local family. We had no idea what to expect but let’s just say we were in for a surprise.
We strolled through the beautiful rice fields with farmers working under the hot sun where Libby had a lesson in picking rice followed by going to the sugarcane field to pick the sweetest and the juiciest sugarcane to share with everyone.
