The Cyber Crime Investigation Unit started its journey on October 16, 2021 with the smartest and bravest people in the country and IT sector of the country as well as the most unique social organisation in the country “Cyber Safety First Bangladesh Team”.
This Organisation stands for the public of the country with the slogan of “We Work For Cyber Peace, We work for humanity.” They have been cooperating with the laws of different districts of the country to suppress all the crimes committed in the cyber world.
By posting any problem of the cyber world in their official group, you can share the details of your problem with the legal documents and get the solution through strict investigation immediately.
The team includes Digital Forensic Expert, Digital Marketing Expert, Web Developer, App Developer, Web Designer, Web Programmer, Graphics Designer, Police Officer, CID Officer, RAB Officer, Brave Young Journalists from different parts of the country and Certified Ethical Hackers. All boys and girls work in the service of people with their talents here.
Led by KB Khan Bijoy, the team’s founder and cybercrime investigator, the team has so far solved more than 45 suicide cases. Where the accused used to blackmail the victim by editing pornography through deep fake editing with the personal pictures of the victim.
Their aim and goal is to speed up the cooperation of the law in cyber security and suppression of cyber crime in this country.
In terms of humanitarian services, they have the team’s social service sector where blood donors are collected, winter clothes are distributed, orphans are paid for their education, sewing machines are distributed to poor women, financial assistance is provided to helpless patients. In a word, help is given to those in need.
In addition to respecting all religions, the organisation has recently launched a militant crime detection team and another search team to assist in the rescue of the kidnapped.
The Cyber Safety First BD Team solved the cases of different police stations of the country such as Sylhet, Moulvibazar Model Police Station, Rajnagar, Cox’s Bazar, Khulna, Bogra, Mymensingh and other districts and departments also helped them to provide cyber security to the victims and provide legal assistance to brought out the accused. It is obvious to mention that, The Cyber Safety First Bangladesh team helped to find the girl who was abducted on March 5, 2022 in Jhenaidah.
