The Prosecution claimed that this man knew Mawlana Nizami and saw him in a car of Pakistani Army while they killed and buried Mawlana Kasimuddin, a renowned teacher of Pabna district in 1971. However this man said that he never said that and he saw Mawlana Nizami for the first time in 1986, when he first participated in National Election. He also said that, the investigation officer offered money if he would agree to tell a lie.
