Trip report regarding Dhaka to Rajshahi by Biman using Q400NextGen

During Eid time, Bangladesh aviation usually becomes very busy regarding passenger transfers due to huge traffic congestion on the road and train. People who want to avoid road congestion usually prefer air travel, we also preferred Biman Bangladesh Airlines. As a passenger, we always looking for cheap travel as the travel time is very short. I purchased the ticket three months prior to the travel date. I got a cheap ticket at Biman Bangladesh Airlines and one of my credit cards offered 10% further discount. So brought Biman Bangladesh Airlines ticket at 13000BDT (all of us). I got a chance to capture video and publish it as another Trip report.

On the travel date, we arrived at the domestic terminal of Dhaka airport two hours before flight time. After boarding pass, we went to UCB (United Commercial Bank) lounge located on the first floor of the domestic terminal. UCB lounge is a new addition in case of domestic terminal. The flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines Dhaka to Rajshahi flight was 54 minutes delayed due to a minor technical problem. But just after boarding the crew of Biman offered us food. Biman Bangladesh Airlines mainly use Q400NextGen on domestic routes. Q400NextGen of Biman is new and fresh. A few years ago Biman ordered three Q400NextGen from De Havilland.

Flight BG491 (Using Q400NextGen) on 14th July 2022 took 35 minutes to reach Rajshahi airport. The flight was hassle-free on Q400NextGen and baggage delivery was very quick at Rajshahi airport. After spending some time at Rajshahi airport we headed to our home town Naogaon.
