The fateful day has arrived as Bedh and Shapla brace themselves to get married to Polok and Disco Bapi respectively, much against their wishes. Both Bedh and Shapla perform all the rituals without any complaints. But right before the Sindoor ceremony, the poison that Bedh and Shapla had taken does its job and kills them before Polok and Disco Bapi’s heinous plan could separate them from each other. Thus, remaining husband and wife in life and in death!

This is the story of Sapla, a poor village girl and the rich, modern Polok, whose family decides to get her married to Bedh, a well-settled entrepreneur. But wishing to pursue her modeling dream, Polok runs away. In a shocking turn of events, Sapla becomes Bedh’s bride, but is unfortunately shunned away by everyone. Will Sapla win over her in-laws and her husband? Or will Polok return to claim her rightful place?
