Welcome to new video. Passengers’ who are travelling to Bangladesh, online applied health declaration form shall be placed at the time of immigration police of Bangladesh to avoid long queue in DAC Airport. Please click at this link to get the Declaration Form http://healthdeclaration.dghs.gov.bd/

Please remember such declaration form needs to be applied via online 03 (three) days before travelling to Bangladesh and QR Code Declaration Form should be printed and kept with passengers’ while travelling by Air/ Train/ Bus/ Sea.
