All the Discovery Evidence from my Prosecutor in Court Today; Natchitoches, Louisiana

Prosecutor Cloyd Benjamin had evidence to give me, but he was just waiting for the right time to hand it over -during the pre-arraignment hearing. Half of his documents on the table were in regards to me, and he had to see 100 defendants today. Isn’t that weird?

Both he and Judge Owsley seem to skip over Court Rule 10.1. I need to see the transcript on how that was done. It was impressive. I certainly remember bringing Court Rule 10.1 up, but it lacked any responses, that I recall. I don’t see how City court can be much different from District Court https://www.lasc.org/DistrictCourtRules

My prosecutor doesn’t seem to like being my prosecutor for some reason. He told me not to come to his office. He wouldn’t tell me his common email address and complained that you guys will bombard it with information he don’t wanna see. So, after judge Owsley encouraged my prosecutor to make a connection with me somehow, they decided on Cloyd making a separate email account. This will take 3 minutes to make he said, but who knows how long it will take him to notify me of his new email?
