An old man living alone in his house is about to go to sleep but is disturbed by loud music coming from the apartment across his building. He checks to see if a party is going on there and sees a guy stabbing a girl. He shouts for help while watching the murder happen. CID is called on the spot but after further inspection, they are not able to find any clue in the apartment.
