Chittagong, officially known as Chattogram, is a major coastal city and financial center in southeastern Bangladesh. Chittagong city has a population of more than 2.5 million while the metropolitan area had a population of 4,009,423 in 2011, making it the second-largest city in the country. It is the capital city for business.
