Synopsis::
Dr. Kaul is summoned from Bombay when Dr. Bose is unable to solve the problem of recurrent convulsions of his patient Rama daily at 6 pm. Dr. Kaul’s investigations reveals the past of Rama’s life. Rama’s father Mr. Roy was a rich businessman involved in smuggling. Ranjan Mazumdar, the son of Roy’s friend helped him in his business. Ranjan was a poor illiterate man. Ranjan’s helping nature and decency draws Rama towards him. Both of them fall in love. But, Mr. Roy was against the relationship. He conspire with Ranjan’s friend Ratan to remove him from his path. Ranjan gets involved in an accident and goes into hiding. Mr. Roy takes advantage of this and created a distance between Rama and him. Ranjan is enraged when he finds out Ratan’s involvement in ruining his life and also the life of his friend Moyna. He vows to take revenge but goes missing. Dr. Kaul’s investigations reveals that Ranjan was killed and it was his ghost that possessed Rama at 6 every evening. Ranjan’s spirit promises never to possess her. Kaul asks Mr. Choudhury, Rama’s husband to forget the past and live happily.
