Romka, a nephew of Zhuzhukalo, catches a cell phone thief in school and beats him up. The thief’s father makes a report to the police on Romka. The father is someone called Grinberg, whose bank practices in white washing. The IAD finds Grinberg and suspects him in criminal affairs. Grinberg refuses to co-operate hoping to be protected by a brass hat. Zelenov wants to find out who that man is. Zelenov and Zhuzhukalo try to meet Mityai, but they fail. However a new head of Mityai’s security Sergo informs them that someone wiretaps them and provides Mityai with all the information. Indeed Lenya Ivanov finds out that Zhuzhukalo’s apartment has been wiretapped. IAD decides to use this and they say that Grinberg has told them everything he knew. They hope to lure and hope that someone would decide to get rid of Grinberg. As a result IAD receives a real lead to major-general Rudzutak who came from Irkutsk to Moscow 2 years ago. No one managed to find his trace until this moment, and it is he who is Mityai’s rival on the highway, playing cat and mouse with him. Grinberg takes his report on Zhuzhukalo’s nephew back from the police. Zelenov’s girlfriend informs that she is going to have a baby…
