Synopsis::
Bisarjan was released on 1974 Bengali film starring Ajitesh Banerjee, Utpal Dutta, Nandini Malia, Indrajeet, Bhola Basu, Moni Srimoni, Radha Rani, Anuradha Dasgupta, Nripati Chatterjee, and Master Raja. The Bengali film is directed by Bireswar Bose. Kalipada Sen scored the music in the film. The story is as King Govindamanikya was the king of Trikut. In the name of goddess, animal killing was common practice in that state. The main priest Raghupati was the main man behind that ritual. His beloved student Joy Singh also followed the same system. One day king saw in his dream that goddess asked him to stop those killing. As a result, he banned all those killing rituals. Raghupati could not accept that and with the help of Govindamanikya’s brother Nakhsatra he tried to kidnap king’s stepson Dhruba. Raghupati also planned to kill Drruba in the name of goddess. Unfortunately, Joy Singh came to know the whole conspiracy and he sacrificed his life to save that little boy. This devotion opened the eyes of Raghupati and he understood his fault.
