A young woman is driving down a highway rashly. She is speaking on phone and threatening someone. Due to inattention, she meets with a terrible accident. She is brought to a hospital. When she recovers, she has lost her memory post accident and cannot recall much about herself and that includes her identity as well. However, the doctors tell her that they have found documents in her handbag that identify her as Naina and they have informed her husband Vishal and his family. Vishal and his family come rushing to the hospital and create a scene. They look at Naina and say that she is not Naina. Infact, she cannot be Naina . Naina has been dead for a month now. It becomes difficult to tell that who is lying and who is telling the truth. CID gets on the case to solve the mystery of Vishals wife. Cops find out that Vishals wife Naina is dead indeed . Then, who is this woman and why is she calling herself his wife? The cops get down to finding out the true identity of the fake Naina.
